All free shipping orders will be sent using the standard postal service. Registered delivery is not included in the free shipping option. The offer will be automatically applied when you choose standard delivery at checkout.
Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. We use the Spanish Postal Service (Correos) on all of our postage options, to help keep prices down.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within SPAIN. All free shipping orders will be sent using the standard postal service. Registered delivery is not included in the free shipping option. The free shipping will be automatically applied when you add a Spanish delivery address.
Please make sure that the address you enter on Paypal is accurate and up to date. This is the address that your order will ship to.
Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from Barcelona, Spain and are carefully handled and packaged. Please choose from the shipping options available at the checkout.
We currently offer four different postal options, with prices based on weight.
1) Standard - normal speed
2) Standard - urgent
3) Recorded delivery - normal speed. Signature on delivery and online tracking.
4) Recorded delivery - Urgent. Signature on delivery and online tracking.
If you would like postal insurance on your purchase please choose the registered postal service in the shipping options during checkout. You will be required to sign for your package upon delivery.
If you choose the normal postal service this does not include insurance and therefore we are not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged while in transit to you.
Please note that international customers (outside the EU) are responsible for any customs fees or import duty taxes applicable at the time of delivery.
Refunds are available if the item is faulty or not what you originally ordered. Packages damaged in transit are only covered if you take out postal insurance. Please note that items which have been used and are not in their original condition cannot be refunded.
To arrange a refund please first contact us (within 5 days of receiving your item) to arrange for a refund, stating the reason for return. The item must be returned within 30-days of your purchase and must be in its original condition. Once your return is received a refund for the purchase price will be issued via PayPal.
Sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please make sure your parcel is insured for the value of the goods.
