What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All orders are sent by standard registered delivery with ‘Correos,’ the Spanish Postal Service.

You will get an email with your tracking number once your order is in the post.

A signature is needed on delivery. If you are not in on the day of delivery you will usually be left a note saying whether they will try to deliver the parcel later or if you need to pick it up at your local post office. This may vary depending on the country.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Everything at Andapanda is handmade especially for you and the time it takes to get your order will depend on the preparation time, delivery times and other factors.

Exact preparation times depend on what you order, for example plushies need more time to prepare and sew than accessories. I aim to ship all orders within 2 to 4 working days from when payment is received.

After you have placed an order you will get an email with more detailed delivery times, based on the items you have ordered.

Below are some approximate times to get your order but please keep in mind that the delivery time can vary depending on the country, national holidays and other external factors.

  • Orders for delivery within Spain usually arrive 4-6 working days after you have placed your order.
  • European orders usually arrive 6-9 working days after you have placed your order.
  • International orders usually arrive 9-14 working days after you have placed your order.

If you need your order for a special date, please order as early as possible or contact me first to check if it will be possible and to look at express shipping options.

All orders are sent registered delivery and you will get an email with your tracking number once it’s in the post. You can also track your order status here at any time.

I make and sew everything in the shop so more time may be needed during busy holiday periods.

Andapanda is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the postal service, such as strike action or during busy postal weeks.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, Andapanda ships to all countries covered by the Spanish Postal Service (most of the world, at the moment).

You can see the shipping prices by adding an item to your basket and proceeding to checkout. There you can choose shipping options and get an idea of prices, without having to confirm any order.

How Can I Return a Product?

To arrange a refund please first contact me (within 5 days of receiving your item) to arrange for a refund, stating the reason for return. The item must be returned within 30-days of your purchase and must be in its original condition. Once your return is received a refund for the purchase price will be issued via PayPal.

Please note that items which have been used and are not in their original condition cannot be refunded.

Sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable, except in cases where the item isn’t what you ordered.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me again, so a registered delivery service is recommended.

Orders are sent in bubble wrap envelopes and packages damaged in transit are not usually covered for refunds.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order without opening an account.

How do I place an Order?

  • Add items to your cart
  • Click on the go to checkout button
  • Add your billing and shipping details
  • Complete payment, you will be redirected to Paypal for this.
  • Once your Paypal payment has been processed click on the ‘Go back to Andapanda’ button.
  • You will see a summary of your order.
  • If for any reason you don’t see the order summary page you can go to the Track my Order page and see all the information about your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order

For orders that are being processed and haven’t been sent yet

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason before it has been sent, except in cases of personalised products that I have already started making or have finished and are ready.

To cancel your order please send me an email to vicki@andapanda.net. Once you have notified me that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to me will be refunded to you as soon as possible via Paypal and in any event within 30 days of your cancelation.

If you wish to change your order please also send me an email explaining which items you would like to change and I will send you more information on how to proceed.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can follow your order on the Track my order page, by putting your order number and email you used.

Once your order is in the post you’ll also be emailed a postal tracking number which you can use to see the delivery progress on the Correos (Spanish postal service) webpage

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payment is made through Paypal, and most credit/debit cards are accepted.

During checkout you will be re-directed to Paypal’s secure site to process the payment.

If you don’t have or want to open a Paypal account that’s not a problem. Just look for the option to pay without a Paypal account and you can use your credit/debit card.
